service capability that links a Client’s marketing campaign database
and results from our in-house CRM system into the PRISM web site.
This allows for easy and convenient access, via a web browser, by
anyone with access rights from within a Client’s organization.
This service capability provides up-to-the minute dynamic results
and custom reports – on-line and real time campaign data for
immediate sales or support follow-up activities as well as instantaneous
evaluation of campaign metrics, with corresponding decisions on making
campaign modifications and adjustments. |
