Telesales and Inside Sales
PRISM Marketing provides Telesales, Inside Sales, Virtual Selling Channels (Self-service) and Full Account Management (FAM) Solutions. These are intended to address today's major sales challenges - sales organizations are being restructured and expected to do more with less resources, resulting in a larger segment of the installed customer base being effectively neglected (80-20 rule).
In addition, these solutions are designed to enhance and extend (or replace) a company's current sales efforts by its inside and outside sales groups. The focus is on lower volume customers, as well as those accounts that are "outside" the normal sales channels - geographically challenged, time exhaustive and/or cost prohibitive.
In addition, this can also target new cusomter sales opportunities (Sales Lead Generation + Telesales) and/or Up-selling and Cross-selling to the installed base on a repeat basis (Full Account Management).
