The key focus and major driver is to simplify and nurture the relationship between Client Company and Partner, and ensure that market development funds and marketing campaigns are allocated based on results and feedback. PRISM acts as the conduit between our Client Company and their Channel Partner and successfully delivers the services based on focus, efficiencies, productivity, cost and resources.

TeleSales and Virtual Selling Channels

i SELL is comprised of at least 3 service components – TeleSales, Virtual Selling Channels and Full Account Management (FAM). PRISM’s i SELL services are intended to address today’s major sales challenges - sales organizations are being restructured and expected to do more with less resources, resulting in a larger segment of the installed customer base being effectively neglected (80-20 rule). In addition, these services are designed to enhance and extend (or replace) a company’s current sales efforts by its inside and outside sales groups. Its focus is on lower volume customers, as well as those accounts that are “outside” the normal sales channels – geographically challenged, time exhaustive and/or cost prohibitive. In addition, it can also target new customer sales opportunities (Sales Lead Generation + TeleSales) and/or Up-selling and Cross-selling to the installed base on a repeat basis (Full Account Management).

i LINK is made up of at least 4 service components - Web Linkage and Integration, Database Management, Campaign Data Capture, Analysis & Reporting and Opportunity Management. i LINK is PRISM’s service capability that links a Client’s marketing campaign database and results from our in-house CRM system into the PRISM web site. This allows for easy and convenient access, via a web browser, by anyone with access rights from within a Client’s organization. This service capability provides up-to-the minute dynamic results and custom reports – on-line and real time campaign data for immediate follow-up sales or support activity as well as instantaneous evaluation of campaign metrics, with corresponding decisions on making campaign modifications and adjustments.
